  • Oat flakes: 2/3 cup (2.5 oz or 70 g)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup (0.7 oz or 20g)
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Optionally, 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Butter for greasing the baking tin

For the Chocolate Glaze:

  • Chocolate: 3 oz (80g)
  • Warm cream: 2 oz (60 grams)

Instructions:

Prepare Oat Mixture:

  • In a bowl, combine 2/3 cup of hot milk with 2/3 cup of oat flakes. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

  • Mash two ripe bananas and beat two eggs in a separate bowl.
