Ingredients
300

yogurt
thick, preferably Greek-style
2
eggs
room temperature
2
tbsp
sweetener of choice
2
tbsp
cornstarch or all-purpose flour
to taste
chocolate chips
or
a few frozen raspberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C).
Mix yogurt, eggs, sweetener.
Add cornstarch and mix.
Pour into muffin cups.
Add chocolate chips or raspberries.
Bake 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
Chill 2–3 hours.
Serve.
