Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 120 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp  salt
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Chop the Onion
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients
  • Add the Wet Ingredients
  • Fold in Cheese & Onion
  • Line the Tray
  • Spread the Batter
  • Bake to Golden Perfection
  • Let It Cool Slightly
  • Slice & Serve
  • Store or Reheat
