Cut two zucchinis into small, even cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
Season the cubes with salt and 1 teaspoon paprika, then add 1 tablespoon flour and toss to coat lightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the coated zucchini cubes and fry for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly golden and tender.
Transfer the cooked cubes to a salad bowl. Finely chop dill, parsley and cilantro and add them to the warm zucchini.
Grate fresh garlic very finely and add it to the bowl.
Pour soy sauce over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve the warm zucchini herb salad in portions.
