Keto Avocado Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 g Grated cheese
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Crack in the egg and mix until the mixture becomes cohesive.
  • Add the grated cheese and stir until fully combined.
  • Add garlic powder and salt if you prefer a more savoury flavour.
  • Shape the mixture into two small oval breads on a parchment‑lined tray.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra crunch and aroma.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until the breads turn golden brown.
  • Let the breads cool slightly to allow the texture to set.
  • Serve warm with cream cheese, onion or your favourite toppings.
