Golden Avocado Cheese Oven Thins

Ingredients

shredded cheese
parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella

oats
as desired
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add shredded cheese, avocado and egg to a small bowl.
Smash and mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
Place each portion on the prepared tray and shape into two equal discs.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the discs are golden brown and set.
Remove from the oven and let them cool on the tray for 10 minutes before lifting or serving.
