Golden Avocado Cheese Oven Thins

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup oats as desired

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Add shredded cheese, avocado and egg to a small bowl.
  • Smash and mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
  • Place each portion on the prepared tray and shape into two equal discs.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the discs are golden brown and set.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool on the tray for 10 minutes before lifting or serving.
