Flourless Lentil Banana Brownies
They contain
no flour

no refined sugar

Ingredients

raw lentils

eggs

milk

tablespoons
agave syrup

tablespoons
cocoa powder

banana

Instructions
Soak lentils in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.
Rinse well and drain.
Blend lentils with banana until very smooth.
Add eggs, milk, agave syrup, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Blend again into a thick, smooth chocolate batter.
Pour into a parchment-lined baking pan and smooth the top.
Add chocolate chips, nuts, or coconut flakes if desired.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30–40 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing.
Chill for a denser brownie texture if desired.
Notes
Blend the batter until completely smooth for the best soft, brownie-like texture.
