Preheat air fryer to 150°C.
Line or grease an 18–20 cm baking dish.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour batter into prepared dish.
Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 40–45 minutes at 150°C.
Center should still jiggle slightly.
Cool gradually, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled.
