  • 130 g Corn

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) for even baking.
  • Spread the cooked broccoli and corn evenly in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and black pepper.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl until smooth and airy.
  • Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture for balanced flavour.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the vegetables.
  • Top the dish with shredded or diced mozzarella.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let the bake rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and aroma.
