Check that your air fryer basket is solid or line it with parchment if it has holes
Grease the 9 × 9 inch air fryer basket with 1–2 teaspoons of sunflower oil, including the corners
Mash the bananas directly in the basket with a fork until mostly smooth
Add the egg, milk, sunflower oil and a drizzle of honey and mix gently in the basket
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir so it is evenly distributed
Add the rolled oats and mix until everything is evenly combined with no dry patches
Smooth the mixture into an even layer across the basket
Scatter the blueberries over the top and gently press them in slightly without mixing them through
Air fry at 340°F for 30 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden
Let the bake rest in the basket for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving
