In a large bowl, mash the avocado and banana together.
Add to the bowl: flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, milk, egg. Mix gently until everything is combined.
Check consistency. The batter should be thick but spoonable.
Place a nonstick skillet over low to medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
Spoon small portions of batter into the pan.
Cook the second side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Serve immediately while warm.
