Air Fryer Yogurt-Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients

For The Air Fryer Yogurt-Marinated Broccoli

  • 1 medium head of broccoli
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or chickpea flour
  • 1 garlic clove grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp turmeric optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

For Serving

  • to taste lemon wedges for squeezing over the hot broccoli
  • to taste simple yogurt dip  yogurt with a little salt, pepper and lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the broccoli into medium-sized florets.
  • Place the florets in a heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over them and let sit for 2 minutes, then drain well.
  • Spread the broccoli on a towel and pat dry thoroughly.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, flour, garlic, olive oil, paprika, turmeric if using, salt and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the dried broccoli florets and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (about 175–180°C).
  • Arrange the coated broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 350°F for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the florets halfway through, until golden and tender.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and taste, adding a little extra salt or pepper if needed.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and, if desired, a simple yogurt dip.
