Place the walnuts in a bowl and cover them with water
Let them soak for 20–30 minutes
Drain the walnuts well in a sieve and pat them dry with paper towels
Transfer the dried walnuts to a clean bowl
Add the honey, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, salt and oil
Mix well until all the walnuts are evenly coated
Place the coated walnuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Air fry at 320°F for about 15 minutes
Stir or shake the basket every 3 minutes so the walnuts cook evenly and do not burn
Transfer the walnuts to parchment paper, spread them out and let them cool completely until crisp
